Local partners (who care)
We're Mark and Jamie. We run Mindful Digital with a focus on local partnership, ethical operation, and quality-assured delivery. Whether we're hands on or project managing your job, the buck stops with us. Full accountability, from initial call to final sign-off. We'll be there for you.
Mark
Director / Developer
Mark is the systems and data specialist. He has spent his career working with businesses to bring their systems together, connecting the tools they already run so that data flows in real time instead of sitting in silos.
Using AI and APIs, that work has driven real, measurable gains: better sales, tighter stock management, smarter advertising spend, and improved profitability. If your systems don't talk to each other, Mark is the one who makes them.
Jamie
Director / Developer
Jamie is the software and product specialist. He led the design and full development of QuikAuthor, an AI-powered microlearning platform, including its website, its interactive course builder, and its native iOS and Android apps.
Alongside that he has built lead magnets for recruitment and safeguarding firms, and a custom CRM for a startup enablement agency. If it needs to be designed and built from the ground up, Jamie is the one who builds it.
What this means for you
Between us, we cover the whole job
Most suppliers do one half of this well. A data specialist who can't build you an app. A developer who can't untangle your systems. Between the two of us, you get both, from the same small, senior team, with no handover and no gap for things to fall through. You talk to the people doing the work, every time.
Where to start
A free call to work out what's possible
Forty-five minutes, no charge, no deck. Tell us what you are trying to achieve and where technology feels like it is holding you back. We will tell you honestly what is possible, what it would take, and roughly what it is worth. If there is nothing worth building, we will say so.
The scoping call is a short version of Analyse. If you decide to go ahead, we harden it up into the full thing, a detailed project summary rather than a first impression. If you don't, you still leave knowing what's possible and roughly what it's worth.
